Land of the Sky wolves (gunolf cont.)

Unwilling to separate himself (and stir jealousy) among the newest pack member, Sonic chose to walk instead of fly. Certainly it was a long journey from the circle, but there was plenty to see. Eventually the wolves came upon the mountain chain, and Sonic moved faster because it had been a while since he'd been home. Within the hour he had climbed high enough to enter the mountain pass, for a second the Sky King stood and surveyed the green, hilly valley a smile on his face.

"Welcome to Verity, home of the Sky pack! I have been thinking, my friend, about wings. Perhaps you would like to accept a challenge from the goddess and attempt to earn your wings? Then we can fly high together through the clouds." Were the pack full of wolves and Sonic busy attending them, he probably wouldn't make such an offer, however there were no others present and he was, quite honestly, bored.

walks a little behind the alpha optics watching the scenery as it passes by faint smile comes across lips watches the alpha with with a sense of belonging turns optics back to the wonderful scenery once we reach home stands admiring the beauty of the sky pack

sits by the alpha and takes in a deep breathe of fresh air thinks "finely home" lets the wind rustle through his fur and then looks at the alpha "i would like to were do i have to go?" smiles at the great alpha "it would be an honor to fly next to you"

Sonic was proud of his land and his lineage, so it was a delight to feel a similar appreciation from the newcomer.

"I must admit," he turned to look over at the male and smiled. "I am not sure where we'd go or what we'd have to do. I assume meeting the goddess is priority. Shall we call for her?"

Without waiting for a reply, Sonic tipped back his head, ears grazing slightly raised wings, and began to sing. His howling echoed across the valley, rising up toward the heavens. Would Faye reveal herself at this place? He didn't know, he had only met with her a few times before and only once had demanded her presence.

with out hesitation he nodded and bowed waiting for the goddes he admired the alphas voice he thought about joining him in his singing but decided against it not knowing what would happen he admired his wings and watched them very closely thinks "i cant wait to fly, i hope she comes, and how will she judge me... what will she think, but idc i will do anything for those wings.. i want to fly.." he looked at the alpha and asked "lord sonic what should i do when... if she comes.. i dont want to offend her..?" he perked his ears up and optics studied the sky waiting

OOC: sorry for the long wait. FD plays the goddess faye, and FD is currently dealing with life stuff. She'll be back soon and then we'll pick this thread right back up.
